Schedules come from outage-data-ua, an open, unofficial dataset that mirrors DTEK’s published schedules and refreshes every few minutes. The power state of Prolisky’s private houses is detected automatically. DTEK has the final word:

## Questions about power

### Which outage queue is Prolisky in?
Prolisky is fed by two lines. The private houses are on the DTEK Kyiv Regional Electric Networks line, queue 1.1 — what residents say, and what matching actual outages against the schedules shows. The older blocks (Shchaslyva 1, 3, 5; Parkova 1, 3, 5, 8, 12) and the Melody Park complex are on the Kyiv line of DTEK Kyiv Electric Networks; judging by the schedules, it appears to be group 43.

### Why does DTEK’s schedule for my building not match reality?
The DTEK Kyiv Regional site knows Prolisky’s addresses but not which line a building is on. For buildings on the Kyiv line it shows an oblast queue, and the schedule does not match. The older blocks and Melody Park follow the Kyiv schedule.

### How do I find my group in Kyiv?
Look up your address on the DTEK Kyiv Electric Networks site — it gives your group number. Then choose it on this page; it remembers your choice.

### Does Prolisky have power right now?
For the private houses this page shows it live: the state is detected automatically and refreshed every minute. For the apartment blocks, see your line’s schedule.

### What does “possible” mean in a schedule?
That is how DTEK marks hours when an outage may happen but is not certain — it depends on the state of the grid.

### What are emergency outages?
Outages outside the schedule — after faults or when the grid is overloaded. They are not in any schedule, which is why we show the actual state for Prolisky’s private houses.
